These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and winbd3 ("winbd3", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winbd3 website available at winbd3.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the winbd3 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on the winbd3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You have not previously had a winbd3 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close associate of winbd3 or any of its affiliates, game providers, or payment partners.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

winbd3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any stage of your relationship with winbd3. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or closure of your account.

winbd3 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select local bank transfers via institutions such as BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank. Available methods are subject to change without notice.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your winbd3 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed in real time, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party provider availability. winbd3 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. winbd3 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of processing.

Currency: All transactions on the winbd3 Platform are conducted in BDT. winbd3 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your sole responsibility, and winbd3 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

Third-Party Payments: winbd3 strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals via payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned to the originating account, and your winbd3 account may be suspended pending investigation.

winbd3 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Abuse: winbd3 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and collusion between accounts. Any account found to be engaging in such conduct will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus offer available to new players at winbd3 is subject to a minimum qualifying first deposit and to wagering conditions detailed in the applicable promotion terms. The welcome bonus may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated. winbd3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome offer at any time.

Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Each game and betting product is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface or market listing. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the winbd3 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages and rules for each game are determined by the respective studio and are available within each game's information panel. winbd3 does not modify game outcomes.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to market availability and applicable odds at the time of placement. winbd3 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market, void any bet, or restrict maximum stake amounts at its sole discretion.

Bet Voidance: A bet may be voided by winbd3 where: (a) it was placed after the relevant event concluded; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined within the applicable settlement window; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or integrity concerns relating to the event.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that interrupts a game session or betting transaction, winbd3 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. winbd3 shall not be liable for losses arising from system interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

As a condition of using the winbd3 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from engaging in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment.
• Attempting to access another user's account or impersonating any other person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winbd3 support staff or other users.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the winbd3 Platform without prior written consent.

winbd3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, withhold or confiscate any balance, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities where a breach of these obligations is suspected or confirmed. winbd3's determination in such matters is final.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by the winbd3 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

winbd3 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, marketing communications (where consent has been given), and compliance with legal obligations. Your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The winbd3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While winbd3 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, winbd3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbd3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss suffered as a result of gambling activities.

winbd3 does not guarantee winnings, returns, or outcomes on any game or betting market. Gambling involves risk; you may lose the entire amount of any deposit or wager placed on the Platform. You participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. winbd3 is committed to resolving any dispute with users in a fair and transparent manner.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the winbd3 service, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], stating your registered username, the nature of your complaint, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. winbd3 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 5 business days.

Dispute Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with winbd3's response to your complaint, you may request that the matter be reviewed by a senior member of the winbd3 compliance team. winbd3's decision following such a review will be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

All times and deadlines referred to in these Terms are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

You may close your winbd3 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, winbd3 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations.

winbd3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at the request of the account holder through the self-exclusion programme.

Following the closure of an account, winbd3 will retain records of your account activity for the period required by applicable law, after which records will be securely deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and winbd3 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: winbd3's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: winbd3 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without winbd3's prior written consent.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
